STUPID WHITE DEVIL -JAILED AFTER CHOKING WIFE OVER A GAME OF YAHTZEE

Naples, Florida – Ian Stuart Wood, a 50-year-old Naples man was jailed Saturday after he allegedly choked his wife over a game of Yahtzee.

According to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the couple’s residence after Wood’s wife called 911 from a neighbor’s phone.

Deputies arrived on the scene to find broken dishes all over the couple’s home. Wood, who was found laying on his bed, became argumentative and uncooperative with officers.

Investigators say Wood and his wife were playing a game of Yahtzee when they began to argue.

The wife told deputies that she attempted to leave the house so that she could cool down, however, Wood pushed her to the ground instead.

When the woman began screaming, Wood allegedly put his hand over her mouth and dug his knee into her back, demanding that she be quiet. He then rolled her over, grabbed her throat, and began choking her until she couldn’t breathe.

The woman was able to escape Wood’s grip and flee to a neighbor’s home where she called 911. Wood told deputies that he never hit his wife and that she received her injuries after she tripped and fell.

Wood was booked into the Collier County Jail and charged with domestic battery by strangulation, kidnapping-false imprisonment of an adult, resisting law enforcement officer without violence and obstructing someone of the use of 911. He remains jailed in lieu of $17,500 bond. He is due to appear in court on October 17th.

This is the second crime story that we’ve reported on that originated from a game of Yahtzee. In July of this year, three brothers were charged with murdering their mother because she wanted to play Yahtzee and they didn’t.
